We are looking for an International Sales Manager with experience in the online industry, especially B2B, to sell our software-as-a-service solution.
You will be responsible for selling Adspert, our product.
Adspert´s USPs include

You will be responsible, depending on your experience, for growing sales in your sales region. You will accompany potential customers through the entire sales process from identifying potential markets to signing the contract and beyond.
You will be reliable and assertive and have an absolute will to win. You will be a new member of the A-Team of B2B sales.
Of course, we will not leave you unaided with this challenging task. You will be able to rely on the constructive support of your colleagues in the sales team; in addition, you will receive support from our marketing team in your sales region.

Requirements
- You have a university degree, a completed apprenticeship in sales or several years of relevant professional experience
- You have at least 2 years' experience with eCommerce and/or B2B sales
- You possess excellent communication skills
- You possess perfect knowledge of English; ideally, knowledge of German
- You are fluent in the full range of business English
- You have a sense of humor
- You are able to see things from the customer's perspective
- You are able to negotiate with all levels of decision-makers
- You are able to give simple presentations of complex solutions
- You preferably have startup experience
- You have a can-do attitude
- You are open to innovation and have a proactive, independent work style
- You have fun and enjoy collaborating in a dynamic team
- You are willing to travel (1-2 days/week)
- You enjoy sales and budget responsibilities and acquiring customers

About Us
The Bidmanagement GmbH was founded in 2010 and is based in Berlin (Mitte). Bidmanagement GmbH has developed Adspert as a completely new product in the category of bid management tools. It is a software (SaaS) for fully automated management and optimization of Google AdWords advertising. Adspert is aimed at all companies with a Google AdWords account across all industries and of all sizes. Our customers include major national and international companies from the eCommerce industry. BDMI, a subsidiary of Bertelsmann AG, and the Klingel group support us as strategic partners and investors.
Adspert, our product, automatically optimizes auction based online advertisement aiming for maximum profit for our clients. Our work is largely based on mathematical analysis, the prognosis of relevant advertisement markets, efficient communication, processing of huge amounts of data as well as visualizing equally large amounts of calculated results in a web application.
We use Python, JavaScript and PostgreSQL for development and mainly work on Linux and MacOS systems. Apart from that we rely on distributed version control, test driven development and automatic deployment processes in our day to day work.
