Before working with Adspert, Polar struggled with underperforming Amazon ad campaigns in a fast-growing Amazon ecosystem dominated by big market players. For this reason, Polar was on the lookout for smart and cost-effective solutions to increase their brand’s competitiveness and visibility across all European Amazon marketplaces. One of Polar’s main objectives was to find ways in which their Amazon advertising campaigns could be effectively optimized to increase ROAS and generate more conversions.
Polar’s Senior E-commerce specialist first encountered Adspert at the Amazon PPC Conference in October 2019, where Adspert’s Head of Product presented the company and explained how their machine learning approach could help Amazon Vendors and Sellers optimize their ad performance. At the beginning of the cooperation, Adspert was responsible for managing all of Polar’s European Amazon Advertising accounts. Following the success of the initial optimization, Adspert began managing all of Polar’s US Amazon Advertising accounts. Within six months, Adspert optimized over 2.2 million CPC bids and managed more than 118 different products over six different countries. This generated more revenue for Polar and helped them achieve their ACoS goal. By having the relevant KPIs at hand and offering transparent and controllable tools to monitor results and quickly make any necessary changes, Adspert has further simplified and automated Polar’s daily work routine. For instance, Adspert was able to find and add new relevant keywords, which generated an extra 1.982 conversions for Polar on Amazon.de over four months. This particular feature has helped reduce Polar’s daily workload and improved their campaigns.
